So many of us struggle with staying motivated and some people seek help from others to help them stay motivated and reach their fitness goals. Clients sometimes even have asked me how do I push myself to work out without having a trainer or someone there to hold me accountable. Believe it or not, even us trainers have times when we struggle staying motivated. So I decided to create this list to help others find ways to stay motivated, which have all worked for me and continue to work for me today...
